Verification and remanufacture of unit injector

  • Cleaning of all unit injectors elements in ultrasonic bath
  • Adjusting of nozzle opening pressure
  • Assembly of the injection part of the unit injector on the corresponding Bosch test adapter
  • Computer test on BOSCH EPS 205 and EPS 100:
    • Testing of nozzle opening pressure
    • Chatter test
    • Leak test of whole component
    • Leak test of nozzle
    • Spray pattern check
  • Dismantle injection part from adapter
  • Assembly of components and subassemblies of the unit injector using the specialty press equipped with Bosch electronic pressure meter
  • If necessary replacement of parts (parts extra charged)
  • Replacement of external seals using protective sleeves (parts extra charged)
  • Internal cleaning using a detergent with electric and mechanical actuation of the injector removes the remaining deposits
  • Initial test on Carbon Zapp UA2
  • Computer test with report on BOSCH EPS 815 with Bosch CAMBOX
    • Measurements of the electrical circuit of the unit injector
    • Measurement of injection dose and return at full load
    • Measurement of injection dose and return at partial load
    • Measurement of injection dose and return at idle run
    • Measurement of injection dose and return in engine starting conditions
    • Measure the BIP signal at different loads along with investigating the history of its change during operation
  • If necessary adjusting with the so-called third stage of the Bosch TDI injectors

Unit injector tested

If its state allows it, all its parameters have been restored.
24 Month warranty + EPS 815 report

The cost of the service should be added to the cost of external seals. In case of damage to other parts that are necessary to restore the proper operation of the unit injector, e.g. injector nozzle with nut, they can be replaced with new, genuine parts. The cost of parts is agreed with the customer each time. Their exchange takes place at no additional charge.

Cleaning of unit injector

  • External ultrasonic cleaning with cavitation protection
  • Internal cleaning using chemical detergent with electric and mechanical drive of the injector, removes deposits inside the injector

  • Initial test on Carbon Zapp UA2
    • Spray test
  • Computer test with report on BOSCH EPS 815 with Bosch CAMBOX (for Bosch unit injectors PDE)
    • Measurements of the electrical circuit of the injector

When the unit injector did not pass the test ...

In the case of negative test results, you can repair it in our company. By ordering the cleaning and testing of the TDI injector, you do not incur any additional cost of labor concerned to repairing of your TDI injector except parts that we have to use.
